Rich helped us sell the property from out-of state. It was an easy process administratively, though took longer than anticipated due to the market as we listed in December. We started the ask too high and had several price deducts to sell the property. All-in it took about six months to sell. Rich gave us a very extensive price analysis for listing our home. He came up with a solid price that was $30,000 higher than another realtor and he turned out to be right. He was very helpful during the negotiation process and was extremely helpful in finding us local contractors to fix up the small things required by our inspection report. He was always responsive and kept us informed during any the process. He was always very quick to answer any questions. We used him again to purchase another house. It was in an over 55 community and he assisted me in getting financial information and the community by-laws. I would highly recommend him.

There are not enough superlatives to describe the wonderful service Rich provided during our recent purchase. Mr. Parker was extremely helpful in navigating all the minor details of this sale. My elderly sister was in residence at the time of most of the viewings and Mr. Parker was extremely careful to schedule them at a time convenient to her. Unfortunately, the cottage did not sell quickly, but the eventual buyer was a perfect match. It was an old cottage and the original offers all came from buyers who wanted to tear down the existing home. I would heartily recommend Mr. Parker to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in South Jersey.

Richard Parker is probably the best real estate agent there is. I live out of state and when I put my home up for sale in Cape May it was sold within a matter of days. It was hard for me to get back down. So with emails and phone calls Rich kept me up with everything and he did not hesitate to take care of whatever it was that needed to be done. I don't know how I would have handled selling my home without Rich who was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond expectations.

When we first saw a house on Zillow that we thought would be great for me and my fiancé, I got connected to a realtor who ended up being Richard Parker. Rich immediately said we could check the house out at our earliest convenience and we did just that. We walked through and thought it was a little small, so Rich offered up a plethora of options to look at....that day! None seemed to match our liking but Rich was persistent in finding us the perfect fit and never seemed pushy at all, which was very important to us. Every time we saw a potential house on Zillow we liked, he met us there asap. Finally, when we did find "the one" Rich helped us through the whole process. We highly recommend Rich and feel he should be an integral realtor contact for the Zillow team.

Mr. Parker, with whom I had no relation to, or ever met, introduced my wife and myself to a plethora of real estate buying opportunities that we had always hoped we'd find "someday" but never imagined how. We found him by accident searching real estate agents and brokers on the internet. Finding him was like winning the lottery!
